Useless and no solution

<p>I went out of the country on the 21st of March and I put my roaming on. I came back on the 28th of April only to find that my SIM card is not working. So I went to a vodacom outlet and asked for help, to which the lady told me there's nothing she can do on her side I must call customer care. I called them and at the 1st the lady from customer care tried her best to help but none of the options solved my problem. I then tried another vodacom store and still had the same response. Now the store doesn't know what is wrong with my SIM card, the service provider also doesn't know. I have airtime and data but I can't use it. I fear that it will get to a point where it expires and I would have lost the money that they take every month from my account. I am very disappointed because I've been with Vodacom for so long and they can't even make it a priority to fix my problem. </p>
