Useless and Etiquette-LESS VODACOM - only worth the money they receive not for the service they render!!!!!

It is so painful phoning Vodacom for assistance. I requested a cancelation of my contract as I wanted to upgrade my phone. The Agent said due to the fact that I am a loyal customer, Vodacom would reward me with a contract for less (no phone just the package) and it would be canceled at any time I requested as it was a month to month basis.

I went to get my upgrade phone and to upgrade the contract as my phone had broken only to find that I could not get a phone either because the upgrade was blocked until 2021. I had to wait at the Phone store and then to Vodacom for them to log the call to which I could only wait 48 hours for the reversal to be done.

I had to phone and follow-up and on Monday the 28th of October 2019 I was informed I could get my new phone by Wednesday the 30th of October 2019. So just as a precautionary measure, I phoned to ensure I could get my contract to which after numerous phonecalls that no, I can only go on the 31st of October 2019.

I phoned again requesting to speak to a Team Leader (after the previous call as all team leaders and all managers were in a meeting and could not assist and no one had phoned me back).

I was then informed that I could only get a phone on the 1st of November 2019 and that they are ruled by the system.

I have lost income due to this company and I am not even going to be in the Province and Vodacom is so messed up that no one can do anything and everyone sounds like I woke them up from their sleep or having trouble speaking to me.

I love Vodacom and I have been a fan of them but this is not any way customers should be treated.

You have *********** staff and just expect us as customers to agree to all things.

I no longer have joy dealing with you and I have lost my phone as I was removed from the waiting list today.
