Useless and Cruel Vodacom

Vodacom SA is truly useless. I wrote here a few weeks ago complaining about their service and true to what I was talking about that they care less about those paying small monies.. They did not even solve my case. Been trying to upgrade a contract from October 2021 upto now no progress despite paying for the upgrade. *** is the number. They are failing to deliver the handset a mere handset oooh my Good God Vodacom. They are saying I will only be helped once their courier responds their courier RAM courier a disaster on its own. Vodacom pliz cancel this contract and release my number so I can port to a better service provider not u mafia
