Useless after sales service

Would rate zero if possible Tried to cancel a contract after my father passed away, 18 months later the contract has run out and still we can't cancel the f*@#£ contact. We go in store and get told to phone, when we phone they don't answer!!! Tried to send an email and gets told the email can't be delivered. ****** company is quick to give a contract but try to cancel it and you sukkel your behind off then NO-ONE can help you!!!
