Useless

Absolutely pathetic customer service, this is not the first time struggling with fibre and load service requests every single day but dont get any support. Even got escalated and personal email addresses and promises to follow up on the situation and still no help but they still expect you to pay full price while fibre service is absolutely useless every single night!!! Would give zero stars if i had the option.
