Useless

I was a victim of Identity Theft within Vodacom! I had to prove my innocence, not them! Not only did this take time and effort!, it took away my credibility!,, now that I have app**** for a contract as a new client, I am once again de*****ed and once again are told to prove my innocence!!!!! I have lodged a complaint, spoke to the ***** dept again and to the Customer care department, BUT YET AGAIN NO JOY!!!
