Useless
After weeks of struggling with vodacom I finally received feedback thanks to hellopeter and i was sent communication a consultant will be contact me shortly..this was over a week ago..i don't understand why I need to plea with vodacom to settle my account this is absolutely ludicrous..their self service is just as useless as the automated email i received someone will contact me. What the hell is this?
