useless

I have never come across a more useless service provider ever. There is no service they are absolute sharks. They are an embarrassment. They give incorrect information and when you try and sort it out well that's another story. I am in the process of cancelling 2 of my devices on to prepaid. Thats a mission in itsself. I must wait for the cancellation department to wake up and notify the collection department to credit my account - its the 21st centaury - how long does that take. I have been paying for the last year for data that I never use, does not get accumulated as i was advised just lost and more data isput into my device. When I tried to tell them that i didnot need the data as I am on wifi I was told i could not cancel until the contract was finished. I must tell you i own the device all i am getting is data. Anyway enough is enough and today i was told that it was cancelled - received notification. I have lost a lot of money over the last year.- I will never do business with vodacom - they are useless really useless
