requested cancellation of a month-to-month contract over a month ago and switch the number to prepaid. they're telling me it's a fixed term contract (which it isn't - i remember signing up and i asked that question specifically at the time).plus they refuse to send me the voice recording (which it is my legal right to request)

4 different people have now failed to help, including a manager who promised to call me back with an outcome within an hour, about 24 hours ago

i would love to just reverse my debits and move on from these useless c*nth*les, but since they are saying i have a fixed term contract, if i do that then they're probably going to try blacklist me

so if one of you inbred fu*khe*ds could pull your finger out of your as*e long enough to dial my number, i would appreciate some assistance
