USELESS

One cannot even give a one star.....it should be 0 PEOPLE OUT THERE........DO NOT USE VODACOM.....GO SEE ALL THE COMPLAINTS OF CUSTOMERS ON THE VODACOM PLATFORM!!!!!!!!!!!! Rather look for another co...Telkom or MTN etc...... I for one can also vouch for poor service and that Vodacom DO NOT honor their commitments.....I have been trying for two months now to get them to fix my account and to honor their upgrade email commitment...I even sent the CEO and email....just as useless...did not even reply - then they say the CEO read all mails and reply.....NOT TRUE!!!!! They left a reply on Hello Peter to say they will contact me....they "contacted" me on a number that is not even mine.....they rep**** on an email with a male's name...I am female....this is now service that I get for being a client more than 10yrs!!!!!!!!!!!!
