Useless

The fact that there are no responses from all the reviews from Vodacom just goes to show how much they don’t care, my phone 3 weeks back just stopped having network, I thought it was load shedding. I restarted the device and nothing, I took it to Vodacom Middelburg Mall and they took it in for repairs , I got a message that the phone is ready for collection, got the phone it was fine, when I got home, it lost network again?? What were they fixing?? Really and now the phone has been scratched , what the hell Vodacom? It’s really high time I move to MTN coz their network coverage is way much better anyway. They will probably give me a better service, this month I will be paying an instalment for a device I never used. What nonsense!!!
