Useless!!!

Vodacom is pathetic.... and useless.. I'm going to sue you for doing this to me. I had a ***** case since 2018 every year I go to the store and beg them to update my profile as I was told its a confirmed *****, all the time I'm being told to wait 21 days I was contacted and assured that all will be well it's over 3yrs and over 21dayssincemy last request but still nothing...

You guys are useless
