Useless!!

I cannot believe you people still use RAM as your delivery service. I've been struggling for almost a week to get my package from them. After fighting with them, writing complaints on FB and Hello Peter, and spending 20 minutes on the line with them to correct the cell number - I STILL haven't received my package and now I'm being told that because it exceeded delivery attempts (what attempt), it is being returned to Vodacom. They are absolutely useless and if you look at all the complaints, you really need to consider changing your courier company - ASAP.
