useless

I was ****** the 25th of July18 I purchased a new sim did a sim swop, sim did not work, long story short after 5 attempts I finally got hold of someone to assist, the sim is still not in proper working order and when contacting the customer care I get told my number was deleted of the system in 2017 yet I had been using the sim till I was ****** and I still use the sim so how is it that its been deleted? I think I will need a book to write all the complaints I have encountered with Vodacom, staff and management don't seem to know what's going on in the business.
