USELESS
Still no feedback after Safik from Vodacom promised to keep me copied in the communication, for the ETA on stock for my upgrade. I guess it's because they closed the case as "RESOLVED" , No call to follow up, no information on email. Nothing! Service levels from Vodacom over the years has dropped incredibly.
