Useless

So many issues again with Vodacom. After 2 years of back and forward trying to get my bill correct, I give up. I have wasted so much time logging calls, getting credit app****, only to have another issue crop up a month or so later.

The only solution is move (after 18 years) to another network.

Of course even that is a nightmare. Depending on which call centre agent you get through to, you get a different story. I wasted hours of trying to figure out why the port request was not being processed. I got through to a person who said that Vodacom are blocking the port because I cancelled my contract and still have an outstanding balance. You would think that they would be smart enough to just debit the amount like they do every month. Instead you need to phone them and tell them to do debit the money.

What a massively frustrating and utterly useless company.
