Useless

After 3 and a half weeks and numerous calls,they either don't call you back or the phone is off. Asking for installation they finally came to install my fibre line. Then the fibre line that runs from the house to the street was damaged, so they had to replace that. They worked from 10:30am to 19:30 in my house. They were suppose to be here at 9am . So the next day they said that the installation will be completed first thing in the morning at 9am again. Well they only arrived at this time at 11am after I have called the project manager several times. After the weekend on Monday I called to ask what is going on the signal. Because I will be 5 meters away around a corner and my wifi signal is on 1 bar or completely gone. This means that vodacom are charging you a **** load for the service but give you the cheapest possible routers they have. And no after sales service. I have no choice but to go with vodacom because the estate(Westlake eco estate,Balwin ) that I live in has decided to use vodacom only. So if we want a internet fibre solution we are forced to go with vodacom only,pay their expensive fees and sit with the pathetic service.
