Useless

<p>To start of I am a loyal customer for the past 12 years with Vodacom and upgraded 2 years ago to their top of the range package red VIP. I ran out of data and had to add on the 27/03/17 to be online. The data did not appear and I phoned the customer care line where they told me there is ***** detected on my account and could not assist me and that it needs to be sorted by their forensic dept. It took me 2 days to sort it out . I phoned several times and no one at customer care nor forensics could help me. It olso turned out that my account was hacked by a number wich I do not identify and that nr. downloaded on my account. I phoned on the 24/04 again because I have to pay the extra on my bill as well as my own account. Nobody came in contact with me still up to date to resolve this matter. I have sent emails , I phoned , went to Vodacom shop still nobody could assist me. I will definitely rethink my choice with a different service provider. </p>
