Used Cellphone Sold as New on Contract by Vodacom

Only after complaining that MY HANDSET HAD BEEN REPAIRED 5 TIMES WITHIIN 6 MONTHS - It turned out that Vodacare records showed that my supposedly BRAND NEW phone was REPAIRED FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME EVER on the 3rd July 2014 - date being PRIOR TO ME BEING SOLD THE VERY SAME CELL PHONE...... (\DISPLAY SCRAMBLED / LINE MISSING / PIXEL ERROR / BLANK") - this repair being on Vodacare records before my CONTRACT UPGRADE! I was sold a USED ERICSSON BY VODACOM that had PREVIOUSLY BEEN REPAIRED. This ********** ACTIVITY CANNOT BE ACCEPTABLE. My contract upgrade was successfully effected by Vhutshilo"
