Use of poor courier service

Poor service from Vodacom courier service provider, RAM Couriers. Besides being a week late with this delivery of a tablet, the driver also had a very ****y attitude regarding my identification I provided. When I produced a copy of my drivers licence for ID, which by the way is accepted by my bank and most other businesses he very ****ily said this was not acceptable. I explained that I haven't a photo copier at home and that I would show him my ID document and email a scanned copy to their office for record purposes. Nope, this is not accepted by the driver. Now I want to know what the problem is as I'm standing in my yard at the address indicated in the \Proof of Address"document and on Vodacom records and a visual of my ID document.
