Usb charger for IPhone

I bought USB charger for my iPhone and within a few weeks the charger was broken. The pin that goes into the phone broke. I am not sure how and when that happened because I only saw it when I wanted to charge my phone. Took it back to the Voda shop where I bought it Voda shop in sunninghil village and apparently they took it to the manufacturer of which they saying it was my negligence. I do not understand how it was my negligence because I've had plenty of chargers and they have never broken that way. Could I have bitten off the pin of the charger with my theeth? How is that possible? I need answers because I cannot buy something and within a few weeks I can't use it. Why are u selling the chargers is they have a problem. Why am I spending my money and not getting my money's worth. Now should I still go to Voda shop and buy another charger?

Does this really make sense to you? How can I damage a USB how could I have damaged it clearly there was something wrong with the stupid charger. How could I have removed that pin myself???? I have lots of broken iPhone chargers and there is not even one that was broken in that manner. If the manufacturer didn't insert it correctly is that suppose to be my problem. I pay too much for these chargers all the damn time and I can't accept this. I don't know what you want me to do I want my money back then. You guys are useless and this is just daytime *******.

Obviously they didn't replace it. That's why I had to write here. I took in and they took the damn thing but never replaced it.
