URL data report never sent, despite my repeated requests.
Despite repeated requests for a URL data report on my business data account, I have received nothing, only empty promises. I have had reference numbers for my phone calls but the report has never arrived. The consultant promises it will be sent within 24 hours, but nothing happens!
