Urgent Review Request - Vodacom ***** Case *****ulent ***-5

I'm posting on behalf of my husband

Dear Vodacom,

My name is Hendrik Geldenhuys, and I am writing to request an urgent review of an ongoing ***** case that has been causing significant distress and financial inconvenience. I have attached a history of our previous communications regarding this matter for your reference.

The issue at hand involves a *****ulent Vodacom account (***-5), which was opened without my consent. Since the discovery of this *****ulent account, I have been taking steps to address it, including providing all necessary documentation, such as a copy of my ID, an affidavit, an activation quotation, and evidence of a bank transaction reversal.

Despite my continuous efforts to resolve this matter, it has been met with a lack of response and action on Vodacom's part. As a result, I have had to incur additional costs by reversing the *****ulent debit orders, which have been consistently deducted from my account. This situation is not only frustrating but also financially burdensome, considering the added expense of each reversal.

I initially reported this issue at the end of August, and we are now well into October, with no substantial progress or communication from Vodacom's ***** department. It is incomprehensible to me how a *****ulent account with an active investigation can still be allowed to debit my account. This situation needs to be resolved promptly to avoid further complications, as another debit order is scheduled to go off my account shortly, potentially including several months' worth of subscriptions I never signed up for.

I kindly request that you review this case with the utmost urgency and provide me with feedback on the status of the investigation. I understand that these cases take time, but given the extended duration without a response, I believe it is crucial to expedite the process and prevent any further financial losses.

Please confirm that the monthly debit order associated with this *****ulent account will be stopped during the ongoing investigation to prevent any additional financial strain on my part.

Your prompt attention and resolution of this matter would be greatly appreciated. I can be reached on the number provided in my emails.

Sincerely,

Hendrik Geldenhuys
