Urgent help needed to sort out account issue

GOOD Day,<br> <br> I now do not know where else to turn, 2 years go I closed my accounts with the help of Hello peter and Vodacom accounts department. Then, all of a sudden a year later I got a letter of demand saying I owe Vodacom money. After trying and trying to get information on how, I got no where. Then I got contacted by MBD saying I must make payment arrangements. I told them I can not pay as I do not believe I owe anything. I asked and asked them as well for why I owe and why after so long I suddenly owed Vodacom. They said they would ask Vodacom for the info, but no luck there as well.
