Urgent help
Hi Vodacom i feel so helpless as yo staff are not helping me.I called yo call centre twice as im desparately looking for a number that dialled me last year .Spoke Georgina, linda not helpful.They advised they dont keep records. I went to Vodacom outlet in Golden walk nd a very nice lady sat with me and listened with so much empathy nd advised i must go to Vodacom repair in Eastgate they will help me at a certain fee.i got a relief then i decided to call Eastgate before i decided to go nd guess what i spoke to Joyce who said it cant be done.Im now Hesitant to go to Alberton in case i get same service.The lady in Germiston cant advise me to go to Alberton or Eastgate if she knew it cant be done.I need help Vodacom urgently.
