URGENT!

I am absolutely fed up with Vodacom!!! They have been charging us double for 3 months and might I add charging us for contracts we don’t even have for laptops we never even signed for !!!! We were told by the salesman in the bluff durban branch that there was no stock but ever since there has been no laptops but the charges were added to the account!!!! Extremely annoyed because now we have been transferred to pay as you go but still they demanding 18000 rand ???????????????????????? ! Never mind that ! We have been practically begging for intermized billing and just been ignored !!! Something has got to give because every time I add airtime n data to my “pay as you go” the airtime is taken away together with the data the next day !!! Something has got to give !!!!! This is URGENT !!!!
