Uprade issue

I app**** for an upgrade on the 1st of December. I was told that the phone i wanted was out of stock and told that they can still do the application as they can reserve stock for me. 2 days later i call and find out that the system cancelled my request within 24 hours for some reason, i redid the application and 2 days later the system cancelled my application again, Yesterday, i called again and i had to redo the application however this time it stock was available and the consultant told me all is fine and confirmations will call me tomorrow to confirm everything. No one called, i then called vodacom to find out why , and i was told that it has been cancelled on the system again. I've been a long standing customer of vodacom for years and this is by far the worst service received to date.
