Upgrading contracts without customer permission

Vodacom has, for the second time in 4 months, upgraded my contract without my permission. I have emailed them about it, but have received no response to my email. This seems to be a deliberate policy.

You sent an email where you asked me to put my ID number, Vodacom account number, and address in an email?? And this is regarding a complaint that you did not comply with the POPIA act?? Do you realise that you are again in violation of the POPIA act??
