upgrading contract without my consent

i went into vodacom shop vincent park in july looking to upgrade my data contract , they had to order the product i wanted , while waiting they kept phoning to ask if they can process the upgrade and i said NO , eventually i never carried out the upgrade , i then went to another vodacom store in october to get a sim swop only to be told that my contract had been upgraded and i took a router and a hard drive , i did not give anyone permission i did not sign anything or pay the R150 upgrade fee , this upgrade was done without my knowledge and without my permission , i have contacted vodacom customer service and they have been dealing with it for the last month how ever i get told i need a afidavit as if i am lying , then i get the afidavit then they tell me its no longer needed , a week later someone new phones me demanding a afidavit after i have already destroyed it , the customer service is wasting my time and sending me in circles i dont know what is going on if the upgrade has been reversed or not , i need a answer and action from them ? i tried to speak to there customer service for the past month and nothing has been done that is why i have contacted hello peter .
