Upgrading and Migrate hassiles

Good Day

How do you explain this????????

On 13.02. 2017, I upgraded to a Smart M contract and received my new phone, I realize that i chose the wrong contract, I wanted a u-choose contract. I then contacted vodacom upgrade department on the 29.03.2017 to do a Migrate. In seconds I received 4 migrate quotes. I tried calling back to accept the quote and the lady told me that the guy who assisted me was busy and will get back to me. I then called twice after that and he was still not available, on Wednesday evening my husband received a sms saying that the migrate was successful and is effective from 01.04.2017. What I couldn't understand why the sms came through to my husband number, both of the contracts is on my name and his number has nothing to do with migrate, he is only due for a upgrade in 2018. Since he received the sms, my phone stopped working, I can only receive calls. On thursday morning I phoned vodacom again and spoke to a guy which told me it's impossible that my phone isn't working properly, he will do reset on his side and I must turn my phone off after 10 min and switch it back on and do a manual search then it will be in working order again. I did what was told and there was no changes, I tried calling vodacom again, but there was no response. I left it till the 01.04.2017 when the migrate suppose to be active. The 01.04.2017 came still no changes on my phone, still can't do anything with it, I tried calling vodacom upgrade depart. 4 times and the machine kept saying I'm the 5th caller in line!!!!!! PATHETIC.

On the 02.04.2017 I went to vodacom shop in Baywest mall a very kind lady assisted me, She looked on the system and notice that the system doesn't show that I already upgraded and somehow the migration is linked to my husband number. She then called the upgrade depart. and after 40min a guy answered and said that the back department is the only ones that will be able to fix the problem (*** is the back department) I told him I need my phone to be fixed on that same day and he rep****: " Ma'm, I assure you it will be fix and we give you a call as soon as it's done". and he never called back... Today I called the upgrade depart. AGAIN... spoke to 4 diffrent agents and I had to repeat myself every time I spoke to a diffrent agent at that time I was holding for 45 min's, eventually after 45 min's I got through to the cancellation department and spoke to lady named Ellen Kalela I explained the problem AGAIN and told her I had enough of this ****, I'm not going repeat myself to 1 more person again she must listen and listen carefully. She said to me I don't have to worry, she will sort this out and get back to me before 12:00. So I asked for reference for the call and she said because she didn't do anything on my account yet, she doesn't have a reference I can use her name and surname as a reference. I also told her that if they don't sort this out TODAY, they can forget about debiting my bank account ever again and I will cancel my contracts. I'm still waiting for a response, so I decided enough is enough I don't want a contract with vodacom ANYMORE!!!

Looking forward to your response...
