Upgrading a contract

To whom it may concern

I'm writing to you to explain how dissappointed I am in Vodacom's service from the Retantions department. I would imagine one of the key reasons for Retentions is to retain the customer - this has been the exact opposite regaridng my wifes experience and mine. Two weeks my wife upgraded her one contract and we were assured that the phone would be delivered in a few days. Well its two weeks later and we still don't have the phone nor has anyone called from Retentions to apologise for the delay or update her on the status and when we will be getting the phone. I called this monring to explain the problem and granted the call agent needs my wife on the phone to verify security questions...I wanted to raise the issue because I'm also a Vodacom client but instead of making me feel that they will deal with the situation all she did was put the phone down on me. If this is the type of service we get from Retentions then i think Vodacom has a big problem on their hands.
