I am writing today to complain of the poor service I received from your company .

I am most annoyed that I wasted a morning and 15 days waiting for a simply reply from Vodacom’s Cancellations and Upgrades Dept. I called the Upgrades dept on the 30th of January 2025 for a simply request , Telkom had a promotion and it seemed like a good deal, but due to me being a loyal Vodacom customer , I felt the right action to do is to call my service provider and notify them that I was considering this and what are the requirements for me to cancel and port my telephone over to Telkom. The agent that I dealt enquired what made me decide and I advise her about this promotion of Telkom, and it was suggested that I send this to Vodacom to consider offering me a match deal to retain me as a loyal client. This occurred on the 30th of Jan and up until today , I still have not received a satisfactory answer and today being the 20th of February. I have spoken a few agents , and a team leader, Chris Moodley, Edith , Kedi who was going to follow and ensure that I get a resolution regarding this request. Well, this never happened and I’m still waiting on Chris. This afternoon I called the cancellations, and I get the IVR message telling me that my number has been blocked , I called the Customer Care number, and I get the same message. The IVR provided me with an alternative number, and I called spoke to Tando who said he would call me back. Thank you Tando for calling me back .
