Upgrades my contract to red VIP which I didn't Want and leaves me with 0 data 0 airtime 0 sms . This phone is useless to me.

I do not know what you people did to my contract. I was perfectly happy with my old contract then vodacom direct calls me says they want to upgrade me to red VIP. Firstly today is the first I've been on wifi the entire day. My Data is already up. 2nd I had a 90% off 30 gig package now i have 0 mins and i had about 300 minutes the day before . I have no data. My 30 gig which i was assured would be there is gone. This is a breach of contract you have left me with absolutely nothing. I am emailing Shameel I'm sick of this. I can't even call my family with my minutes and if I didn't have wifi I'd be stuck with a phone that can do absolutely ****. I pay 1700 - 2000 a month to have this **** I want my old contract back or we cancel this contract and I'll use my mtn from now on. I want my 300 minutes I paid for.
