Upgrades department - Poor service and lying to loyal customers

One star is a star too much for the poor service received from your Upgrades department. Pity I can't tick zero stars.

I would just like to inform you of the BAD SERVICE I received from your Upgrades department. Firstly I called the cancellations department to cancel my contract but was convinced by your agent to Upgrade instead which I did. It is in this department that I was **** to on several occasions. FIRST LIE: 30 September 2020- First Upgrades agent informs me that the Samsung A01 in black is out of stock and it will take 6 weeks to be available and only the blue phone is in stock and will be sent via RAM couriers in 3 to 5 working days. I agree on the blue phone and give him my home address as the delivery address which he confirms and also give him my cell number as the contact number. After 5 days - still no delivery. LIE 2: I call the Upgrades department to find out when the phone will be delivered - I am informed by Upgrades consultant that both the blue and black phone is out of stock and stock should arrive Friday, 9 October 2020. He then asks me if I would like to change my order from a blue to a black to which I agree and was grateful to change it to the black phone. LIE 3: I ask him how I can complain about the lies of Upgrades agent one to which he replies I must send an email to *** THIS EMAIL ADDRESS DOES NOT EXIST. LIE 4: Wednesday, 7 October 2020- I call the Upgrades department to speak to a Manager about these issues I am having. I was told the manager would call me back - still waiting. No one called me back within the promised 24 hours. LIE 5: Friday, 9 October 2020 I receive a call this morning from RAM to say they are delivering a parcel from Vodacom. You will win a prize if you can guess what it is and what colour and to which address. Blue phone - (I changed it to black) Wrong delivery address Wrong contact number as well I thought the consultant took down the correct details as he repeated it back to me. Where was this information recorded? I called to speak to the manager of the Upgrades department again today (9 October 2020) still waiting. Is there even a Manager working in the Upgrades department?

IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE TO TREAT LOYAL CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS. I DON'T WANT AN APOLOGY - I WANT YOU TO TRAIN YOUR CONSULTANTS BETTER. I WANT THE BLACK PHONE DELIVERED AS PROMISED.
