Upgrades but broken phones

Upgraded to double deal Samsung A2 phones, received phones worked for less than a week, phoned vodacom online to have them returned, they informed that they will send someone to collect and bring me new phones, now 2 weeks later have not heard anything, both phones are not working. I have to pay for a contract but do not have use of the phones. Urgently give attention to this.
