Upgrades advertised on website but not available to upgrade

For the last two days i have been trying to upgrade two phones. Yesterday (4/4/2017) the call centre kept calling me back just for everyone to tell me that there is system issues and they will call me back. I was for one phone quoted R909 per month for the contract i want on my phone. Never got to the second one, only for which phones i wanted. The second deal i want on the second number is R799, and as at 5/4/2019 19:46 the website still have those deals available, but just won't go through. Therefor multiple calls. No one ever said those deals are not available any longer, untill i talked online with a call centre lady today who informed me that all deals are more expensive and you HAVE to take an Apple TV with it. I do not want Apple TV, and i do not want to pay more than for what the deals are advertised. This lady said the commercial department are not doing their job and updating the website. NOT my problem. Eventually the lady called me and i said that the consumer protection act allows me to get those deals, same as incorrect pricing on shop shelfs. I have photos of the whole online conversation and obviously the recordings can be listened to of the telephonic conversations. I asked for a supervisor/manager to call me back and still nothing. I really do not want to leave Vodacom, because it's convenient for me, but i feel pushed away. The lady also told me to sell the Apple TV's - i informed her that would be a hasstle for me, i have a smart tv and no need for it, and should i sell it, i'm still paying Vodacom for something i don't want for 24 months. I am disgusted by the service i am receiving from Vodacom. I do not blame the call centre staff - but i am a customer and i want what is advertised. They keep telling me they do not know when the system will be updated and that I must call again Saturday or tomorrow. I am NOT happy with Vodacom. I can provide the pictures of the coversation and the website as is, and Vodacom can provide the recordings, but i expect someone to fix this or let me know if i should rather cancel my contracts with Vodacom.
