Upgrades

I have 4 cell phones on my account and 2 are due for upgrades. I changed banks and stopped the debit order and started doing EFTS - account is up to date. Because of this Vodacom wants me to do a pay in on the upgrades. My account with Vodacom is over five years. <br> Another thing - two of the cell phones are for my sons and we want to transfer the phones to their names. We went to Greenstone Shopping Mall which is the closest branch to us and they say they cannot do the transfer there. We have to go to Eastgate to make the changes. <br> Please note that the cell number I have listed is not the one due for the upgrade. This is the number where I can be contacted.
