***** Upgrades

Vodacom *****ulently upgraded my account, they have listened to the calls and have confirmed with me that the upgrade should not have been done as i was clear on the call that i did not want that.

even with all of this they still refuse to reverse the transaction, its been 2 weeks now and they just say i must wait

Agents done provide references to calls and refuse to put you through to a manager or Supervisor
