Upgrades

Seems this only place I can put in a complaint... I'm really upset with vodacom after been customer more then 8 years... I see it is really unfair... I received an email with Samsung vodacom s20 to come with a watch an earphones but that on a newline as I don't want to op an new line they gave me a call.. we don't we us long time contract get the same deal as that we pay for the same deal?

After I received my phone so and all spoke to vodacome he said it's only on new lines then I received this sms..

I don't have one contract but 4 with you guys I pay then same amount for my Samsung s20 but I don't get any of that ???

Think really there more then one person that feels like this.
