Upgraded to the S7 Edge and did not receive my wir

I upgraded my contract to and S7 Edge toward. The deal came with either a wireless charger or a speaker.<br> I did this at the Cresta Vodashop. I was asked what I wanted and said the Wireless charger, I was then told that they had never received stock, since the beginning of the promotion and that they would receive in the following week and I would get a call. I have made personal visits to the store and called them on a weekly basis and was told the same thing, none of the customers got the charger as they never received stock and I will get a call when they receive. I called in today and was told they they are not receiving stock and that the promotion was while stocks last. There are a few problems with this :<br> 1. If I hadnt been made the promise that I will receive it in the following week, I would have gone to one of the many other Vodacom stores.<br> 2. You cannot tell me that the promotions was while stocks last, if you had never received stock in the first place.<br> 3. I has never been any follow up or communication by the store.<br> <br> In essence, I was the made the sale under the pretense that I would receive the charger. I would have ported to Telkom Mobile who's deal was better.<br>
