Upgraded Online (fail) - been waiting over a month for my upgrade

The 2nd of November 2016, I did my upgrade online http://www.vodacom.co.za/, I was sent an email (system email) which read as follows:

We have received your request for an upgrade deal and your reference number is AOYC2Y
A Call Centre agent will contact you within 24 hours to complete your new deal request.
If you don't hear from us within the next 24 hours, please call ********** 4, FREE from Vodacom cellphone.

The Vodacom Online team

No-one contacted me, so I check for my online order reference. But there was none. No order to track at all. So I called Vodacom on the 4th of November 2016, a Friday, a woman assisted me saying that something went wrong with the online upgrade and did the upgrade one the phone. She also said that they were short on stock bu that stock was to arrive on that Tuesday. I checked the website that Wednesday (stock levels had indeed been updated)

Since then I have followed up with Vodacom each time, not once has Vodacom Contacted me.

My case has been escalated, not even after escalation was I contacted. Ref#1-HQ0M6QM

I have called Vodacom more than I can count on my two hands, just about my upgrade. I have been on hold numerous times and more than a few times for 20 minutes or more… and still no answers just more excuses. I used the online upgrade because of its convenience (supposedly or at least with past experience). “Next business day delivery and not additional fees.”

The first time I requested my upgrade was on 2nd of November 2016, 1 days shy of a month…and still, I have not received my devices. (yes 2 devices). I have been given the runaround and then some more. With exception of the Facebook social media person, not once has Vodacom contacted me back. Completely and utterly disgusting customer service, it’s unacceptable. If I treated my customers like this I would be fired!

I have even been given a Waybill Number KOO78262 for Ram Couriers; I have contacted Ram Couriers, the parcel is not with them. Ram Couriers also delivers next day. Vodacom or Vodacom's Sales Department (apparently outsourced) still insist that the devices are in Ram's Warehouse even though I have spoken to Ram. Vodacom insists that it will be delivered within 7 workings days (Ram does next day deliveries by the way). Vodacom Sales is now saying that my device will be delivered in 7 working days…

The Facebook guy that called me said that the waybill number does exist, FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!!

Today plus 7 working days would mean that I would have waited over a month for my upgrade. Completely Unacceptable!

On 28 November 2016, I submitted a message on the Vodacom Facebook Page and someone actually phoned me (OMG)… and promised to have someone contact me within 24hours with a definitive answer.

AND GUESS WHAT……………I AM STILL WAITING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I WANT MY UPGRADE, THERE IS NOTHING OUTSTANDING ON MY ACCOUNT, NOT ANY OF THEM.

I am going on holiday and I would like my phone before I leave for holiday.

I would appreciate an answer today.
