Upgraded on 11/03 and still haven't received phone

I upgraded my business contract on 11 March 2015 and still have not received my phone. Various calls to the call centre and I kept receiving the same response that they do not have stock. I called again on 21 May and was told that the handset is with the couriers and it would be delivered by 26 May. Today is the 28th May and I still have not received my handset. I have never waited almost 3 months for a handset when doing an upgrade. This is ridiculous!!!!
