upgraded my cell but did not received headphones

I upgraded my cell phone contract in march to a LG beat vodacom advertised that you get free LG headphones with your phone. They did not had the headphones but advised me to collect it one week.since then I visit the store on a weekly basis but still did not received my headphones. Is this not a breach in contract or false adverti*****t?
