Upgraded contract benefits NOT honored!

I upgraded my contract 1 March on a special where my primary handset gets 200 airtime minutes and a huawei P8 lite and I get a second free Huwei P8 lite with 55 minutes airtime for 24 month free.

I received the handsets and the primary number got all the said benefits. I did not receive the 55 minutes and simcard for the second device.

After 3 visits to store and talkng to 4-6 online consultants who have been tossing me between on-line department and SIM Cards I finally was asked to contact the person that sold me the contract. who verified that there was an error. on 28/4 an escalation ticket was logged and I received an SMS with ref # 1- ********** ********** 3.

14h50 Today 16/5 I decided to check why this escalated ticket is taking so long and to my shock and horror was told by a service representative that is still opened. Sifiso said the onlines team can only provide feedback and transferred me the the onlines department who picked up and then dropped my call,
