Upgrade Woes- A week later and still no delivery

I did my upgrade online on Thursday 09 February. All over the Vodacom website is a promise of GUARANTEED next day home delivery. On Friday 10/02, I phoned to determine why my delivery had not taken place. Despite receiving a confirmation email from Vodacom, I was informed that my upgrade was cancelled due to an internal processing issue. I proceeded with the upgrade telephonically.

The nature of my work requires me to travel to see clients, which I have now been unable to do for the past week, as Vodacoms staff keep promising next day delivery, and I have to sign for the delivery myself... It is now a week later, and despite receiving an sms from RAM on Wed 15/02, that they have received my parcel but have no delivery adress, I have still not received my upgrade device. I contacted RAM at 08.30 on 15/02, and was referred to vodacom. After 25min on the phone to Vodacom, I was assured that they had my delivery address, and my upgrade would no longer be delayed.

This morning I received a call from RAM saying that the still do not have an address from Vodacom, and that if they can get it confirmed, I should receive my delivery on Friday 17/02. The problem is that my work requires me to travel, and I have a full day booked at clients. Making me unavailable to receive the parcel that I should have received a week ago.

To date Vodacom has been of absolutely no assistance. The least they could do is arrange for me to collect the device from my nearest store (without additional charge) and let me get on with my life.
