Upgrade without constant.

My contract was upgraded without me giving anyone constant but the issue that i have is with the Vodacom ***** department that for almost a month now did not get back to me. I was told by Vodacom Customer care that the fourways branch upgraded me without me having gone there. The new upgrade payment is due and i have to pay it.
