Upgrade with no phone???? Cant get through to Vodacom

<p>A private phone due for upgrade; i wanted to end the contract. Vodacom assistant Webster Douglas offered a great deal with an iphone 5S. When i received the phone it would not work properly; then noticed it was a CPO (certified previously owned) which i was not informed about. The phone has been sent back via courier from VODACOM. It is IMPOSSIBLE to get through to Vodacom to ask about a new phone. The contract is running for this phone with no phone! No effort to contact me once the deal was made, even a Vodacom shop memeber commmented on the fact that it is impossible for the public to call vodacom for assistance as you get cut off. I was just cut off TWICE as i finally got to number 1 holding for 15 minutes. What now of a contract with NO PHONE? It is appalling.</p>
