Upgrade turned to cancel

I am due for an upgrade in May and thought I would phone the upgrades department to see what phones I can qualify for. The person who I got through to was unhelpful and abrupt, she basically just told me to phone later. I was looking for a lg g3 and gwatch combo deal but am not sure that vodacom are the right provider for me anymore. I should have never left cellc for this :(
