Upgrade Struggle

I am not happy with Vodacom at all. I want to upgrade my contract and online it is only showing really cheap phones that I qualify for. I phoned customer care but they said my salary info is not needed to get a higher contract, they don't look at that. But i have had my contract with vodacom for many years and no I can not even upgrade to a decent Iphone nor even a preloved one. My salary is R30 000 a month and you want to give me a phone of R199, my contract I have for what almost 13 years and this is what I get.
