Upgrade sounds like a Downgrade
I've been a Vodacom customer since the 90's and I'm really disappointed with the service. I am due for an upgrade and instead of an upgrade their offer sounds like a downgrade. I currently get 200mins and 2gigs a month for R150 / month. Vodacom's offer of an upgrade is 650mb 200SMS's (which I don't use) 150mins for R259/ month. Does this sound like and upgrade? When I said I need to check what other providers will offer the consultant just agreed. Dón't care about saving a client of 20 odd years. Thank You Vodacom!!!
